Maji Chemka (Kikuletwa Hot Springs) Day Trip

Maji Chemka, also known as Kikuletwa Hot Springs, is a hidden natural oasis located between Moshi and Arusha. Surrounded by lush vegetation and crystal-clear turquoise water, the springs provide a perfect place to relax, swim, and enjoy the peaceful beauty of nature. The warm geothermal water and shaded fig trees create an ideal setting for a refreshing escape after safari or mountain trekking.

Itinerary

After breakfast, depart from Moshi or Arusha with your driver-guide and travel through rural landscapes toward Maji Chemka. Upon arrival, enjoy free time to swim in the clear, warm spring water, relax under the trees, or explore the surrounding natural area. A picnic lunch will be served at the site, followed by more time to unwind before returning to Moshi or Arusha in the afternoon.
